This study aims to help address concerns about the growing demand of wider bandwidth Internet connection in the Philippines. Основываясь на положениях теории публичного права, учитывая специфику природы как публичного блага, в статье теоретически обосновывается выделение экологоправовой ответственности как самостоятельного вида юридической ответственности. В статье показано, что на современном этапе институт юридической ответственности, в том числе применительно к сфере взаимодействия и природы, получил интенсивное и во многом прогрессивное развитие. Background. The present research is carried out in the context of the conscious self-regulation of professional activity. Objective. It investigates the regulatory and personality predictors of reliability in rescue operations under stressful conditions. Design. The research sample includes 87 rescuers (72 men and 15 women aged from 25 to 50 years). The study presented in this article relies on the principles of the cultural-historical theory, which defines cultural impact as the main driving force behind psychological development.
